How do I activate my new eTag?

To activate your new eTag, log into your Etoil account and navigate to the "Tags" section. Click on "Add New Tag" and enter the tag ID found on the back of your eTag. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation. Your tag will be active within 24 hours.

What should I do if my tag isn't working at M50 toll points?

If your tag isn't working, first check your account balance to ensure you have sufficient funds. If your balance is adequate, verify that your tag is properly mounted on your windshield. If issues persist, contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and provide a replacement if necessary.

How can I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, log into your Etoil account and go to "Billing & Payments". Click on "Payment Methods" and then "Add New Payment Method". You can add a new credit/debit card or bank account. Once added, you can set it as your primary payment method.

Can I transfer my tag to another vehicle?

Yes, you can transfer your tag to another vehicle. In your Etoil account, go to the "Tags" section, select the tag you want to transfer, and click "Edit". Update the vehicle information and confirm the changes. Please note that each tag can only be associated with one vehicle at a time.
